PLEASE NOTE THE FEE IS FOR ALL 5 WEEKS In this program your daughter will: *Celebrate individuality *Understand strengths *Learn strategies to manage friendship challenges with self-compassion and kindness *Learn how to 'flip' negative thoughts *Develop a healthy relationship with their image *Learn how to stay safe online *Start to embrace challenges with excitement and a positive mindset *Feel excited about leaping into the best year ever! Curious what we cover each week? Week 1 This week we work on identity and celebrating individuality. We will discuss the importance of being true to ourselves and build an understanding that we don't need to change who we are in order to feel accepted or 'fit in'. Week 2 Friendships can be a great source of happiness but sometimes we run into some tricky friendship situations. This week we uncover helpful tools to manage friendship challenges while keeping kindness and self-compassion top of mind.  Week 3 Living in a world of social media is tough and many teens think they need to look or act a certain way in order to fit in or be accepted. This week we work on developing a healthy relationship with our image of ourselves and learn the tools to  radiate beauty from the inside out. Week 4 Technology, Cyber security and the scary world of internet trolls!! This week we uncover the important lessons about the  importance of interacting appropriately online and cyber safety essentials. Week 5 Pulling all of the lessons of the past 4 weeks together is what this program is all about. In this final lesson, we will create goals and learn to embrace the challenges and opportunities to apply our new tools in the days, weeks and months ahead. By the end of this 5 week program your teen will feel strong, confident and ready to take on the world.
